"I have really early memories from the age of 2 or 3 years old observing the world around me and trying to make sense of it all.
I think this constant observing gave me a distance in perspective that developed my brain in its own unique way. Drawing helps me to visualise my observations, play with them and somehow give me a handle on the world around me."

I am a Dutch based artist, studied fine art at the Willem de Kooning academy in Rotterdam and at the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design in Vancouver, Canada.
